To support our retail team in Germany we are seeking as soon as possible a:

Sales and Talent Manager (m/w/d) for region West in full or part time

Your responsibilities

As the leader of a team of Store Managers, you are responsible for unleashing the incredible potential of your people to create outstanding and purposeful business performance.

  • You will be responsible for optimising the commercial performance of your region; continuously seeking to grow our customer base by ensuring we recruit and retain customers. You will deliver against our triple bottom line objectives (profit, people, planet).
  • You will drive and secure strong store execution in your region to unleash the potential of excellent customer experience, following Visual Merchandising and all internal store execution guidelines.
  • You will identify talent, partnering with the People function to recruit, develop and retain a high performing team.
  • You recognise that our Purpose is what sets us apart, so you help your team to find their personal purposes and connect them to The Body Shop Purpose.
  • You will coach and train your team to support them to be the best version of themselves, to play to their strengths and liberate their potential for future growth
  • You will partner with the Retail Academy and Customer teams to educate, develop, coach, and train your team to deliver a Purposeful customer experience and help to ignite the spirit of activism in our stores
  • You will create a culture of recognition and positive challenge where everyone is encouraged to participate.
  • You will empower your team to listen, analyse and act
  • You will ensure we are a business as a force for good, using our B Corp status to inspire wider change and be part of our family.

Your profile

  • Several years of proven professional and leadership experience in a similar retail role (with coaching and team development tasks)
  • High profit responsibility and cross-departmental entrepreneurial thinking
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to work independently with a high self-motivation and assertiveness
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Capacity and willingness to undertake frequent business travel
  • Very good English & German as well as MS-Office skills
